ライブは、
I went to Kohei Tsuchiya’s “Ranmaru” live. The name Sliders follows around.
They say Ranmaru will be nearby.
I heard that “Ranmaru” was coming to a nearby live house, so I decided to go to this live on a whim. Somehow, it was also fun, so he was excited, but…
I used to love sliders.
It’s an old story, but I’ve been listening to the Sliders a lot since the days of the Sliders, and I often played the guitar and copied the chords myself, so the Sliders’ songs are pretty much stuck in my head. . However, Kouhei Tsuchiya’s song is unknown in the village. However, he likes the guitar quite a bit, and it’s like a Storrs-like blues, or a lazy blues guitar. Especially JOY-POPS, the one made by Harry and Ranmaru. Harry sings with the two of them on twin guitars… When I listened to it, it sounded like the two of us were composing a song while coming up with ideas, but he’s pretty good at that languid blues! During Sliders, there was a couple of songs sung by Ranmaru, and I know things like “Heaven Train”. From that time on, he thinks that this song was also made by Ranmaru, but he has an image that the song is pop and easy to listen to. The beginning is pop, and the rhythm, melody, and lyrics are easy to get into… It’s still the same now, or rather, he incorporates old-fashioned blues guitar tech into his pop songs. .
Kohei Tsuchiya is quite old.
This is also probably because the generation is relatively close to Ranmaru, so it’s easy to understand that he first entered the group Sounds, and before long he listened to foreigners such as Jimi Hendrix and Chuck Berry’s rock ‘n’ roll, and then carols were popular in Japan, and sooner or later, Cheppelin’s Deep Purple shop. The Beatles and the Stones were easy to listen to pop songs, and glam rock was extremely fashionable. His songs were pop and easy to listen to. He even did a cover of an old blues guitarist, and at Kohei Tsuchiya’s charming live performance… Also, he doesn’t really use effects, or rather, he plays the guitar one string at a time. A long time ago, around the time the Sliders came out, I heard that they didn’t use effects or anything like that, and he was just using an amp and a guitar, and suddenly he was going to do rock’n’roll like the blues. I’m doing a sound that feels like
Wide customer base!
I get the feeling that there were a bit more female audiences at the live, and the overall age group seemed to be a little younger, but it was popular with that demographic too, and in an era when this record wasn’t selling well, I think it’s amazing that you have customers. Kohei Tsuchiya is also old-fashioned, and even though he’s getting older, he still has a “cute feeling” and is charming. Wait, when he was in the Sliders, he felt like he was in a band and played guitar in a fashionable young band, but now he’s matured and he’s a professional guitarist. It felt like he was solo. Guitarists also have a lot of individuality, and I feel that he is one of them. In Japan, there are many guitarists with strong personalities such as Makoto Ayukawa, Char, Masami Tsuchiya, and Hotei, but Kohei Tsuchiya is now I feel like I’m one of them.
