矢野顕子という人は、16歳でプロのミュージシャンになった。天才少女現るですね、まったく。とんでもないです。矢野顕子さんをテレビでみだしたのは、いつの事なんだろうか。わりに定かではありませんが、ミュージシャンというかピアノをひく？キーボード奏者ですか？YMOとかにも参加してて　その後、坂本龍一と結婚した。でも、16歳でプロってすごいです。なんか、16歳でスタジオミュージシャンになった、みたいなことは昔聞いて　その頃は若くてミュージシャンになった人が多かったのか、はやってたのか　一種の売名行為なのか？でもこの頭の中のすりこみ的なものがすごい。矢野顕子をテレビとかでみたら、すぐに”天才ピアニスト”とか”絶対音階”とかそんな感じで見てしまう。そりゃ、天才っていうのは、モーツアルトとかベートーベンとかのことでしょう、普通に。レベルが違うのか、見方によったら一種天才なのか、その辺の基準が分かりませんが、なぜか頭に天才ってすりこまれてるのがすごい。

また、この頃は、チャーとか原田真二とか　その他天才的なミュージシャンが多かった気がする。16歳でとか17歳でとか　プロになる。レベルも高い、みたいな感じだった。たぶん今もそうなんでしょうけど。ユーミンとかが出てきて　ニューミュージックとかが出だしたころで　日本の音楽感性が極端に　暗いところから明るいファッショナブルな方向に転換した時期で　昔から洋楽を聞いていた人たちが、なんか自分で演奏してみたらできたって感じの　それで片っ端からデビューしたって時代なんですが・・・。今もそうですが、音楽へのかかわりかたのスタートの問題なのか、スタートのレベルが高いと　絶対そうなってしまう。学習能力の原点っていうやつですか、人間の頭も常にゼロからではなく、少し高いところからスタートできるんだってことなんでしょう。これってすごいことですが。

それで、矢野顕子さんですが、親が医者で開業の都合上　青森で小さな時は過ごしたらしく、小さな時からピアノの英才教育を受けていたそうで、高校ぐらいになると、ゴールデンカップスが好きで　彼らの本拠地、横浜本牧にゴールデンカップスを夜な夜な聞きに行っていたらしい。それもあの「安部譲二」さんとなぜか、お父さんが知り合いで　安部譲二さんのうちに居候していたらしく、それも高校の時に　これもなぜかプロのミュージシャンになるべく　高校を中退し、本格的に上京したらしい。育った環境もすごいですが、行動もすごいです。

坂本龍一との間のお子さんは歌手デビュー。

その後は、スタジオミュージシャンとして活動し、YMOに参加し、「春咲小紅」が売れて、ソロの歌手としても認知され、坂本龍一と結婚して、前夫の矢野誠さんとの間にもお子さんがいるそうだが、坂本龍一との間のお子さんは歌手デビューされてる。今は、アメリカを主体に　海外のミュージシャンと音楽活動されてることが多い。なんか、食べ物の歌詞が多いような、また、個人的にも性格が少し変わってる感じがする。天才だからこそなんでしょうか。また、青学の高等部中退してまで　本格的にミュージシャンを目指して成功してるってすごいですね。やっぱ、頭のいい人は環境を選ぶね。
